After great consideration, the Boys and Girls Club of Durham has made the very difficult decision to not run Summer Day Camp in July. The health and safety of our children and staff is of the utmost importance. In order to be in compliance with the guidelines released by the Province of Ontario, there are many policies and protocols that must be created be put into place. It is our hope that we will be in a position to reassess the situation at a later date, with the possibility of opening our Summer Day Camp for 4 weeks in August.
We are beginning to process refunds for anyone who paid for camp in July, however refunds could take up to three weeks to be fully processed.
The Boys and Girls Club of Durham will be offering a Virtual Summer Camp from July 6th to August 28th. This camp is free to Club members and is promised to be a fun and exciting virtual camp experience for children ages 4-15. Registration for our Virtual Summer Camp begins on June 12th.
