The last few years have been challenging to say the least. The pandemic has changed the way organizations
function and the way the communities donate to charities.
For more than ten years, BGC Durham has maintained its program fees, in order to offer families below-market
fees for the After-School Program. Unfortunately, the time has come to modify our After-School Program fees in
order to remain fiscally responsible.
Effective February 1, 2023, fees for the After-School Program will increase to $5 per day. This new fee structure
will remain in place until June 30, 2023.
For the new 2023-2024 school year (September 1, 2023), After-School Program fees will increase to $6 per day.
I realize that this is not welcomed news however, it is necessary in order for BGC Durham to reach its financial
targets and remain sustainable.
We will continue to work hard to offer a quality program and ensure that your children have the greatest
experience possible.
